The HIDDEN workplan – WP3

Work Package 3 is about the development of battery cell layers: Functional material layers capable to hinder dendrite growth in Lithium Metal Battery cells will be developed, including: A) optimization and fabrication of cathode and Li-anode materials, B) deposition of ionically conductive liquid crystal electrolyte with a composition capable to protect Li metal electrode C) heating element technology suitable for battery manufacturing process and capable to heat the electrolyte above its disorder temperature D) production of self-healing porous PVDF separator layer and its poling process
